I am a 46 year old that has not been sexually active for the last 5-6 years. I am a HS teacher and have become attracted to the way younger women look and less attracted to women my age. I have met a woman off match and she wants me to be her fwb but I am not sure that's what I want. I think I need something more? When I was in my 20s and 30s I would have been into it but not now. So my question is, is it normal for a guy my age to lose interest in sex with women my age but still get excited by much younger women? Even though I like the way some of my student look I would never try anything with them because they are in a different level than me.

    Just keep in mind that younger women might more often than not want younger men ... I for one find it sickening and gross when men your age approach me (I'm 23)

            Also, although I'm not really into older men I certainly wouldn't turn someone like Sting away. Trudie Styler is a lucky ducky. I'm sure all that yoga doesn't hurt either.

    Happy to know you have enough moral not to get with your students. Yes you are normal. I think after a certain age you start wanting something serious.

    My point was I have not had sex in a while and have been offered sex form a woman that wants a fwb and I am not sure I am into that any more. Is it normal for guys my age to lose interest in meaningless sex? I think I need more of a connection now than when I was in my 20's and 30's.
    The thing about me liking younger women is just physical. I like the way they look not the way they think.

      The only way to find out is to try. I think it's normal to lose interest with age. I'm 30 now and am no longer interested in girls I don't know like I was when I was 20, but I think part of that is I have had sex now so it's not something I need to be focused on anymore where before I wanted to try sexual activities. Now I just feel like I've already done that and there are more important things. I have a hard time feeling interest in anybody too and I think part of me has become fed up with people.

    Look, i dont know how young you like women but i suggest go for women in their 30's or late 20's because so many younger women are all sorts of messed up and are into that kind of stuff. I think its a generation thing.
