  • TRY THIS!!: drink a few glasses of water before meals. Most of the time when we feel hungry, we are actually just thirsty. Eat your meal slowly and drink water with your meal as well. Try to follow the food guide and get all of your nutrients. Finally, try to exercise for at least 30 mins 4 times a week. Get into a habit! Try the stationary bike at the gym, it's great for cardio and working up a sweat.... And it's kinda fun too! Anyways... Take my advice and try drinking more water. Worked for me!! The pounds will fall off fast combined with a good diet and some cardio :). Just remember you are beautiful no matter what weight you are
