It is normal. (Most of the times)
I don't have a problem with people talking loud, but I do hate the rap/ gangsta talk black people do. It makes me want to smack them in the mouth. We are intelligent people and there is no reason to use words like "fuck, shit, gangsta, nigga, etc...) in every damn sentence!
I'm not a racist, but I hate it when black people act like gangsta/ rap pimps, cause I bet you any money that most of them haven't even seen a real gun!
