I am not racist either but if someone insists on being loudmouth I tell them to shut the fuck up. Sadly this once ended in losing a friendship and getting harassment after for "Not staying out of a nigger business". Loud obnoxious people like this are irritating and I usually try to just ignore them. I understand why you would want to tell them off though. Its really annoying when people think they are cool and want to be annoying and scream their heads off. The ones I knew did this in class when we were suppose to be focusing on the assignment. Oh how I wanted to slap them so I could work.

It's actually not black people, it's black culture.
When I was in college I had an excellent highly intelligent black teacher to teach me programming. He was easily one of the best teachers Ive ever had and I respected him a lot. His demeanor and his attitude were impeccable... and then I had the opportunity to witness him around other black people. He was completely different.
So I dug a little bit bit deeper and talked to what appeared to be other obnoxious black men.
Just talking to me many of them were completely different. It was an interesting phenomenon and would be an interesting case study.

I'm beginning to become convinced they do it because it IS annoying, and they can get away with it because confronting a group of blacks about their loudness is simply too intimidating for the average person. You don't have to scream at someone standing next to you for them to hear.

It's a cultural thing. People from close-knit communities tend to be very loud in groups. Most immigrants are the same way.

Join the queue I avoid them. They are all confrontational with a chip on the shoulder about the past. Get over it. We won't to feel safe in our own country if they are not happy go then back to the roots they love to sing about

I don't have a problem with people talking loud, but I do hate the rap/ gangsta talk black people do. It makes me want to smack them in the mouth. We are intelligent people and there is no reason to use words like "fuck, shit, gangsta, nigga, etc...) in every damn sentence!

Your not a racist just stereotypical, people get them confused. If you believe that all blacks should have there mouths stapled shut and put behind fences with a scarlet letter that would be different. Most stereotypes are true but there are always exceptions and we need everyone with exception to the rule to be allowed to reach there potential.

it's a pretty normal human reaction to want to confront something that's bothering you. so yes i'd say this is normal.
