First off all learn what a period is. You have a 10 line long run on sentence. Here is a hint a sentence should not exceed 2 lines. If its two lines generally there should be an (and, or,but) in it. You should not use (or,and,but) more then once in each sentence.
Now to your question. Its really hypocritical that they are all smoking but only through one girl under the bus. Its also unfair they commit her to a hospital but do not stop doing drugs themselves.
I think what you should do is turn these girls in and say they did the same thing. Get them in trouble and report them to a counselor, teacher, doctor whoever. Your friend is not the only who deserves to be in trouble. They were all doing things they are not suppose to and should all be accountable.
