you just need more meat.or someting more filling seriously what kind of diet is that unless you're losing weight but still I don`t see anything thats really filling during the day you can tell your stomach that its fine and probably don^t feel hungry but when you sleep and wake up your stomach is like OMFG!
I never have eaten much meat. But yes, I eat this way because of my weight. But I've been eating this way for over a year. I have a little meat with some lunches and some dinners, but it's not every day.

It takes the longest to digest, and provides your body with alot of nutrition to run off of. Thus making you full longer, and your cells run properly.
