When you're sleeping you can't move. If you run in your dream you aren't running in real life. Your body goes in some kind of sleeping mode which causes your body to be numb. When you wake up quickly it could happen that your body isn't out of sleeping mode yet so you can't move yet. This mostly happens with older people but it can happen to kids too. So it's completly normal and doesn't have anything to do with the weed you smoked. So don't worry 'bout it ;) (Sorry for my bad English)
Is it normal to wake up from a dream and feel completely numb?
