Out of the three main types, it sounds as though it could be advanced sleep phase syndrome. I have no idea why your timing is so accurate though. Congratulations, you have a very accurate and ultra early inbuilt waking system!
Also, look up insomnia. Insomnia isn't just about having trouble falling asleep - there are several types and some of them include waking up in the middle of the night/in the very early hours.
It might be worth going to have a sleep study. Assuming it's a problem of course, but maybe you don't mind...

Well, I'll bet that that's seriously detrimental to your everyday life. Unless you need to wake up at such a time for some reason.
It could be some kind of circadian rhythm sleep disorder. That basically means that your body clock is way off from the norm (surprise surprise!)
