Well I am living in semi detached house. The neighbor's garden and mine are separated by the fence. Maybe due to the fence, they believe that their garden is totally safe and private.They always enjoy the sunbathe naked or even have sex in the garden. However, I can see totally all the thing from the loft.

The loft is very small and not designed for living. They may not realize that a 'viewer' in the loft. I always stay at loft since I love to stay at the quiet and small place. I know what I have done is wrong. However, I am accustomed to staying at the loft and looking forward to the 'show' in neighbor's garden.

      How could he be in trouble? They're the ones having sex where people can see them and legally could probably be charged with indecent exposure or something similar

    My wife always sunbathes naked in our garden and is not ashamed of showing off her body if any of the neighbors are so inclined to look.

    If you don't want anyone to see you nude or having sex, stay inside. People who go naked outside and have sex there are exhibitionist who want to be seen. Enjoy the sights.

    I agree with Johnpartridge, it's not like you secretly installed cameras in their house. They are in a semi-public area and choose to engage in such behavior it's on them.
