Used to date someone who went to a university a little ways away from me, I was older and was doing college online - so I’d stay on dorm for days at a time, sometimes even a week at a time before I went back home for a few days. The best time of my life, so much so the RA thought I was a legit student. I’d sometimes go to classes and just hang out with my significant other and we always went to the dining hall together. They’d use their meal card to swipe me in. It was a lot of fun and because the dorms were coed I could hang back and hang with friends I’d met through being there so often and their group of friends. I fuckin loved it.
I also always thought about how weird it was that I could just walk about, be in class, eat, sleep, basically as if I were an actual student there to the point no one knew any different. Considered writing a book about it and questioning security measures because I was so young when I was doing all of that - no one thought to check or make sure I was legit 🤷♀️ it was wild.
