Is it normal to use your food stamps to buy items to make wine?

    I was just wondering because I am disabled (Paraplegia). I have never gotten any government benefits. The only people I know that do get food stamps are single (working or not) mothers. Not to say that there are not others.

      Do you live in a well off household? Or have a good paying job?

        I live in a decent apartment with my roommate. I have a pretty good job yeah. I don't want any help though. I feel crippled enough without having people hand me a check for doing nothing.

          First off, good for you. Glad to see you made that choice.
          Second, your finances wouldn't allow you to qualify.

            Thanks. I am very glad that I do not qualify. I would never want to qualify and if I did, I wouldn't take them. It's not my style I am too prideful.
