  • You're allowed to use any stall you please as long as a handicapped person isn't before you. I remember using a handicap stall at the mall several years ago when it was full so that was my only option and when I got out, I had a handicap woman in a wheel chair give me a look. I never understood that as I was there before her and it was the only stall out of 10 open to use. I couldn't just hold in my business (it was bad) and not go just incase this woman decided to show up. I wasn't even in there 30 seconds and she's groaning at me with her eyes wide, it sickened me.

You're allowed to use it and that's odd those children thought it strange to use the handicap stall as in my high school years, people mostly used that one as it had more space and you couldn't fall in the toilet just by walking in the stall.
