Sometimes, when I forgot my rain jacket when it rains, I wear a trash bag on me for protect my clothes. Is it normal ?

    I even wear trash bags on sunny days.
    It's fun to accessorize with duct tape.

    Normal, but I don't have that problem. My battle armor keeps me dry.

    yes. You can also wear one under your coat, in the winter time, to trap in body heat. I keep several bags in the trunk of my car, just in case.
