Is it normal to use a possible zombie attack as motivation?

I work out everyday and when I am feeling lazy I always think of zombies... like if they attacked and I wasn't as fit as I could be they might be able to eat me easier.

I'm pretty sure I don't actually think zombies will take over the world, this is just a method that works for me.

Is It Normal?

  • Well, I don't believe in zombies but I do think that mankind will meet an apocalyptic demise so yeah, you may want to keep yourself physically fit to enjoy that.
