No; it's not even a bad thing. We all do that. As an aspiring filmmaker, I know that when someone is cast as a character in a film, before we even go into the acting abilities, we always start off by looks. If someone has the look of the character, than they are more than likely to get that role than someone who doesn't. It's the same way when judging someone. If someone looks a certain way, you can't help but to, in your mind, create an image of how that person might be. As long as you don't treat anyone differently because of it as 9 times out of 10 they are probably completly opposide of what they might appear to be. But no one can really help but to make a judgement off of someone's appearence.
