I never really liked FB... I made an account because of academical and professional reasons.
I wanted to delete all my high school friends as well... but then I realized that the site has never been about "fun" for me, it was always about networking. I truly don't want to delete those people because I might need them someday.
If you want to add all those people back, just say that you made a new account... or that you deleted your friends because you were stalked... or that had a psycho girlfriend... excuses are plentiful!
