Is it normal to twitch randomly?

Throughout the day, I get these weird twitches for no reason, and my body spasms. I also have very shaky legs, hands, etc. and I can't control it. Is it normal?

    Depends on how badly you twitch and how often.

    I do this too, but occasionally. How often do you get them and how intense are they?

    this could be several things....copper defficieny...iron defficiency.....a form of tourettes(nearly everyone has a form of it)......slightly dilluted brain activity.... a disease awakening(not a joke).....and even blood clots, regardless you might want to see your doctor.
