This sounds like psychosis. There was a bunch of awareness things going on at my school when I was younger. It's from mental stress. One reason is due to bullying, but sounds like that's not the case here. Best thing you can do is use your own voice and tell yourself positive things. If you keep up with the positive and don't let the bad get the better of you, you may have a chance. If you catch it soon enough, this isn't one of those things that will stick with you for life, but it easily can be. Be careful with your choices from now on and for goodness sake THINK POSITIVE. Ways to inhibit the happy chemical in your brain is proper exercise, and a healthy diet. I'd hate to hear this escalate, good luck to you
