PS: You do know mouth breathing is very unhealthy? Your nose filters out germs, dust and some pollution, but your mouth doesn't. Maybe you should wear the tape outside the gym too until you break the mouth breathing habit
I know...it's a bad habit, you're right. Maybe I should wear the tape outside the gym, it certainly wouldn't hurt. It may help me break at least 2 bad habits, vanity and mouth breathing...not to mention talking too much..LoL! Thx Ellenna,that's good advice:)
Lots of people who know me off this forum would tell me to do the same about the talking too much. I do want to hear what reaction you get if you go out in public with tape over your mouth: you might attract some BDSM people!
You could at least wear it at home and maybe when you sleep, night mouth breathing is really not good for you at all
LoL...You seem a good sort Ellenna:) I'll be happy to share my experience with you...if I can get up the courage...gulp. I can kind of see the BDSM connection, but more afraid of the connection with Bedlam hospital...as in where people think I've escaped from.
As for taping my mouth at home, I'm sure my flatmates would love that! I will definitely give it a go;x

You could always use white masking tape and decorate it - glitter? metal studs? tattoo designs? whiskers and/or beard? If this starts a whole new fashion trend I want a share of any proceeds ....
