On the one hand it sounds like sexual assault. On the other hand, if another guy is stripped down to his underwear and in the same bed it might be construed as implied consent. I'm curious as to why you even have another guy in your bed.
I'm a sound sleeper and if you did that to me I might sleep thru it. Also I move around a lot in my sleep. My wife tells me I frequently play with myself in my sleep, and, she and I both know that I caress her in my sleep. If I was sleeping with another person, male or female, I might do the same thing as you, except I might actually be sleeping. We could BOTH be getting off while we're sound asleep.
