    Do that in NYC and one of two things will happen: The female you touched will turn around and kicked the living shit out of you or and under cover NYPD cop will see this (epecially on a crowed subway platform) and kick the living shit out of you just before he slaps the hand cuffs on your sorry punk ass. Don't believe me? Well I've seen both. So don't do this shit in the Big Apple.

        Cops give women the benefit of the doubt in NYC. If the women ever falsely accused a mafioso type, she would be left in a pool of her own blood before she got home. Consequences are really pretty simple.
