Is it normal to touch and smell your own poo?

Hey guys,

I have a very bad unhygienic habit of actually smelling my own poo and even touching it. I especially like to smell it when its runny and liquid. I would tend take small dumps from my ass, then put my finger up my own bum and smell my fingers with my poo covered with them. It's embarrassing I know.

Afterwards I would get a bad smelly feeling stuck in my nose, throughout the day, followed by having a dry, tense and smelly throat. I would then hear weird thoughts, telling myself that I stink. They would sound like that fish from that one episode in SpongeBob where Squidward played a awful prank on him and then said 'Boo! You stink!'. I would also hear 'you smell funny' and it would go on through my day.
