I would doubt a hotline would do anyone that much of good. They would just be restating what you're stating, to get help and stuff. I doubt they pay license psychologists to work a hotline. Maybe social workers at the most. Not to mention calls do gets traced, so someone would still be putting themself at risk for seeking help in this way unless they go to a pay phone or something and keep the call short.
