I've got a different feeling though. Like, I love most animals. I have volunteered at dog shelters and I have helped clean up birds who have been contaminated by oil spills.
I just really enjoy fucking with cats though. They're just so stupid and ballsy. This one time a cat my family had tried jumping up to a ledge and he missed and fell and I laughed my ass off. It was even better because he did it to himself. I don't know why I feel so differently about cats than other animals. I guess they kind of give off that vibe that they are better than other animals so I put them in their place. They "wash" themselves but they still smell so every now and then I will take any cats we have to the sink and give them a thorough bath. It's mostly for cleanliness but I also get a kick out of it because I know they hate it. You can also put hot sauce on them because they'll try to lick it clean off and they get a surprise lol. Whenever they act up or get loud I usually tie them up with some rubber bands. I weave several together to make a rubber band rope and I use that. When they get on the table or any of the furniture I usually shove them off. I haven't hit any of them like that yet, but I use a stern yell and they usually heed at that. Another funny thing to do is buy some really strong double sided tape and wrap it around one of their favorite toys. Funny as hell to watch them deal with that. Also cool to stick random pieces of duct tape on their paws or place them on one of those sticky mats things you can buy for catching rats. I've given alcohol to a couple of them and placed them on a high railing on top of a stairway. One actually made it down without falling, the other fell and it was hilarious. This one time we had a couple cats that we were trying to get adopted. We delayed on getting them neutered and they fucking banged and the female had a litter. Around the time the kittens started walking I bound up the legs of the mother and started fucking with the kittens in front of her. I threw them in the air, carried them around by the tails, dunked them in water, forced them to drink alcohol and did the railing thing, etc. It was the best time. The mother was a stray so when we couldn't find anyone to take her we ended up releasing her to the wild anyways. I figured since she was a stray before no harm done releasing her back. I sold 1 of the kittens and dropped all the rest in teh woods a week later. We haven't had any since but I might start on the lookout for strays I been bored lately.

You really need to read more books about true crime. How do you know Jack the Ripper didn't? It was so long ago, who can say?
I can name about two more off the top of my head who tortured animals to begin with, Richard Chase, Edmund Kemper and Dahmer as mentioned. There is a decent amount of killers who have done this, began with animals and worked their way up. This person seems to be very dangerous and mentally ill, regardless of whether they do become a serial killer, they need help.
That doesn't say the percentage of animal torturers who turn into serial killers. It could be less than 1%. I do agree that such a person does need help. But why should they seek help if all it's going to give them is a stay in a mental hospital or jail/prison that's going to do nothing but permanently affect their life in a negative way? These people are discouraged from getting help. And you can't say it'll benefit them more overall, because that is very obviously not true, and any logical person would agree that's not true.

No you did not sound mean to me. Yes they are evil but I do not find them scary (watched too many horror films^^). I rather think they are somehow fascinating (to me) I do not know why nor I want to know^^
Oh thank goodness :) ^.^ And although I've read books on them and stuff, I still think they would be very scary in real life, if I were ever unfortunate to meet one while they were on the "hunt" so to speak. Although I did want to be a criminal psychologist cause I know what you mean about finding them fascinating, I want to know why, how, when, where and what made them that way, if anything did.
