Hey you sound like me! It's probably not normal just as paranoia isn't normal but just because you are irrationally paranoid doesn't mean kung fu ninjas aren't coming for you.
What I mean is: You could (possibly) be right for the wrong reasons.
Someone always told me, "No matter how powerful/intelligent you are, there's always someone out there greater than you"
My response? "Yeah but who's greater than him? And the one greater than that one?
