Is it normal to think you have an std after your first time?

Hey guys. I really have had no symptoms of anything and i went to the doctor and she said everything looked ok. I get just like a slight tingly feeling on my urethra but thats about it. I don't know if it happened before my first time, and i just want to make sure. Has anyone else ever felt this way? help me out. Thanks!
