Life is a dream, indeed. But you may need to talk to a professional. And if it comforts you to hear, I feel like I'm insane sometimes because of my extreme anxiety. I read that people that are really insane can't even fathom the thought of them going nuts. So I don't think you'll end up in an asylum.
