No way! Women have long hair so it takes them longer to get ready each day and they have to wear a garment that men don't wear (a bra) so they have to spend more on clothes and they also aren't encouraged to fart in public (leading to intestinal distress).
And some other stuff about periods and childbirth and inequality and rape and whatnot.
Also, they often can't reach jars on a high shelf leading to both jam and chutney-based disappointment and condiment frownings.
On the other hand, they do get first dibs at any lifeboats. This is largely irrelevant though as women are land-based creatures.
