Please also do not refer to them as "extra-terrestrials", as this can refer to any technologically advanced alien life forms (of which there are many). You are incorrect. You have stated a conclusion, and then avered that this cannot be tested. In fact, many Social Scientists have conducted studies on success rates between optimists and pessimists.
I dismiss your statement on the grounds that 1) You do not have any credentials in Social Sciences, and 2) You did not research this topic thoroughly BEFORE you issued such a ridiculous statement.
Again, you have made a conclusion which is false. I also believe that there are things in this Universe that cannot be measured. One of these, is the Universe itself. We know from observation that the Universe is currently expanding and accelerating. We also know that there is no definite physical boundary to the Universe. There are also limitations in our current understanding (although I know a way around this) due to limitations imposed by General and Special Relativity. Also, there are limitations due to Event Horizons. For these and other reasons (which I care not to elaborate on at this time), a precise measurement of the Universe cannot be made in any instance of time. Since everything that we experience is part of the Universe, this means that we can not precisely measure anything in our everyday experiences. We can only make approximate measurements relative to other things.
You should have studied well known principles of gravity, like I asked you to.
