They aren't nazi's. They're from the planet Walliulon. They prepackage humans to be sold & consumed on other planets. Often they leave slime trails which is why the stores have so many "slippery floor" signs and absorbant towel dispensers throughout the store. If you go in one around 3am you will sometimes see a few not wearing their human disguises.
Also, each store is a transport ship and Sam's Club's are their fighter escorts. The crafts resembling tractor-trailer trucks are exploritory pods sent out into the community to round up straglers & escapees.
