I otherthink.....and underthink due to not paying attention...

It's normal to be told you do this--but not possible, in my opinion, to think "too much." People tell us we do so all the time--the problem's with them. I have heard a million reasons to "think less" (and "feel more," "do more," and such assorted bullsh-t)--I have never heard a good one.
Keep it up, in short. Most people don't think enough.
I don't have trouble sleeping and don't get headaches very often either

I actually do that too. I'll think about softball next week, what happened last night, money, what I want to spend, save, where I wanna go for vacation, when is an appriate age to take my son out to west Texas. All sorts of things flood my mind. Why? I don't know. It's normal. And just for the record, I don't have trouble sleeping, I don't generally have headaches & I do not have problems with focusing on work, family or social aspects of life.
