I can't speak for how a lesbian would think, but they probably have no idea you would react that way.
You have the right to only want to be with men. One approach you might consider is when a girl hits on you, to thank her and tell her you're flattered, but you're not interested because you're straight. If she keeps pressing the point, tell her that you need her to respect your choice of sexual orientation. I suspect that will end things pretty quickly.
