There can't be a death penalty without double standard... and I don't think double standards are good... you either have to make killing legal or have no death penalty... both together makes no sense no matter what a human did it's still murder to kill him for that!
Because WW2 never ends on the history channel. I don't believe I ever saw it stated in the programming that the guy had his wife kill herself and then killed himself. They probably only showed the part where the Russian forces got to him.
