Don't be saying your happy when it's obvious you aren't. An actual adult would get over their bad past and move on in life.
It's of course normal to remember all the bad things that happened in your life but a true secure "adult" wouldn't dwell upon it. Me personally have seen the good from my bad past experiences because guess what... I've learned from it. It makes me a better person and I don't believe in revenge because I move on and say fuck it.
The world doesn't owe anyone anything. You do not know every single damn person in the world. Sorry, but why would someone you don't know owe you anything? Why?!
