  • Go for a walk / jog around your neighbourhood. I like to exercise for a purpose like walking the dog or going to the shops. As long as you're actually out of the house and away from the fridge I think you'll lose weight and tone up!

    My husband hates joggers and when he sees one he says, "Ask him to run an errand for you and get ready for a mouthful of abuse!"
    He'd love to get the hold of some of these people with excess energy and put them to work for him digging / labouring.
