What you're asking doesn't even make sense. Usually, people who are the target of envy feel pretty good about themselves. How would someone else saying "I wish I had what you have" give you a crisis of confidence?
If people put you down and says mean shit about you, don't assume they're just jealous. Assume they don't like you and cut them out of your life.
