I guess the stereotype you describe comes from the fact that white people are thought to get wealthier as they age, contrary to minorities, and along with money comes the temptation (and the further chances) for adultery. With your same logic, as I was reading your post I was thinking "yeah, and black people are unfaithful spouses when they are young". Again, opportunity makes a thief.
