Is it normal to think that the word "each" sounds weird

I think the word each just sounds really weird for an English word. It's sounds like it could be German it something. Iunno. Say it a few times n it just seems like a real weird word. Is it just me, or IIN?

Is It Normal?

  • Most words start sounding weird if you say them many times in a row. There's even a medical term for this phenomenon.

  • Pop psychology one o one. Any word sounds strange if you say it enough times. You realise that it has no meaning. For example, Milk. Milk. Milk. Milk. Milk. Milk. Milk. Milk. etc.

  • i never thought much about the word each. it's a normal word to me. however, for some reason i find the word asparagus funny. and artichoke, kuz it makes me think of someone choking on an artichoke. lol!

btw...if each was a german word, wouldn't it be pronounced "eack?" :P
