Okay I have tanned skin, it's always been my natural skin color but I really hate it, it makes me ugly although some people do think Im very pretty I alwaya think the white ones are always the better lookings... not jus that I also think the black ones are also way better than the tanned ones.. IIN?
People seem to forget that the whole tanning craze is a fairly recent development. Pale skin was considered very attractive up until around the 1950's. Tanning is very unhealthy, as evidenced by the frequency of skin cancer on tanned people. As far as you finding black skin more attractive, black is the natural untanned color, so again, it makes sense as its healthier than tanned.
So is it normal? Yes.
This is a cultural/trendy thing. In some cultures, lighter skin is considered more beautiful and in the US only a hundred years ago paler skin was a sign of upper class people, because the slaves would be tan from working in the sun. So, just try to appreciate whatever you have naturally because that is healthy and beautiful for you!! Also, tanning causes early wrinkles and skin cancer along with leathery skin!!
The darker ones are never better than the whites. And don't you forget it.
I can't tan at all. If I try I just get a sunburn really bad and then turn right back white. I get made fun of sometimes because of how white I am, but I just think of when were older and there skin is all old and leathery looking how mine will be all nice and smooth. Not to forget the fact skin cancer is a bitch.
Well, I need the sun. I have psoriasis. The sun or tanning bed keeps it away. I have been through the shots. Pills damage your liver. So I get 12 minutes a week at a tanning bed. I don't get dark. It just looks natural. I don't like how people get leathery wrinkley skin by too much sun bathing. That's not attractive.
I love how I'm sitting here reading this saying "Hah hah I don't tan! No cancer for me!" while smoking a cigarette....
Get a bleach bar of sop michael jackson did it so can you and stay out of the sun
Well white people with unnatural tans look un healthy and stuff but if it's natural it usually look good
this is so funny because me and my friend were just talking about how whiter skin just looks healthier and better. But on the other hand my friend has darker skin and i think it looks really good either way depending on your complextion!
