Is there a reason people should be looking at you or watching you all of the time? Do you shoplift or steal things? Do you talk to yourself or mutter under your breath? Do you have an imaginary friend that you interact with, that would cause people to give you a second glance? Do you have piercings or tattoos or interesting colored hair? Are you insanely tall for your age? If there is no good or deservedly good reason for people to be watching you or looking at you, then I think you might need to reevaluate your state of mind. Are they really doing those things or do you just think they are? Ask someone who is with you, sometime, if they think people are doing this. Sounds like you need a reality check.
