Is it normal to think that life should not exist?

I don't think that life should exist? Life is frustrating, painful, and not worth living. All people feel in life is physical pain and nausea, and mean people making their lives hell. And after suffering through mean people making their lives a living hell, the innocent person dies. I ask you, what is the point?

Honestly, while my life is full of painful health issues such as my herniated discs, and swollen SI joints and some asshole people such as certain co-workers and certain thug family members, there's still good things.

This morning, I walked outside and saw some wild turkey and deer. They were so cute. The trees moving in the breeze making that rustling sound was nice too. There was also the smell of the flowers in the air and there were hummingbirds flying to some of the flowers. Until today I didnt know hummingbirds were so small. Seeing nature was all so lovely.

Later on I'm going to go have a slice of leftover banana chocolate cake. I'm really looking forward to having that with a tall glass of lactose free milk after work.

I guess what I'm saying is you gotta find the things that make you happy. Life is fun if you see the positive things. XD

Please get some help, I recognize this thought pattern from when I used to get suicidal urges. It’s okay to be pessimistic, but being so deep into it that you don’t see the point of living is concerning. After getting on antidepressants and trying new things, I’ve found a purpose in life through something I never even considered trying. Maybe you can do the same.

Why the heck does this have so many upvotes? Get therapy, people. Go look at some cute baby animals.

No, life isn't inherently good or bad. It's just life. The vast majority, if not all, people find some amount of pleasure somewhere in their lives, and, frankly, I wouldn't want to miss out on mine. It could be good food, good sex, good drugs, good rock n' roll, or just the feeling of having accomplished something great, but you find it somewhere.

It's just the old adage: "time flies when you're having fun." The usual interpretation of that is "good times always end too fast." However, it also means "bad times last forever."

Just remember, they don't actually last forever. Often times, they don't last any longer than the good times, you just get stuck on it and can't think of anything else. Happens with both sadness and happiness, the only difference is that you want the sadness to end immediately. Process it and let it pass.

Life does exist, therefore life should exist.

Pain is everywhere, there’s no escaping it. but if you’re going to hurt, get some yardage out of it. Because you know what’s most painful? The pain of regret having not lived your full potential.

Actually i'm grateful for being a healthy person, for my job and for everything i've achieved so far. But in these 29 years of "life" i still haven't seen any reason to exist.

Life has periods of pain and sorrow and all the other shitty emotions a human can experience. It also has love and joy and exhilarating times. Hopefully you find joy in your life and stop with the nihilism. Life is short. Gotta enjoy the small things my man.

There is nothing wrong with nihilism.
