    That is a rather unsophisticated and unsound argument to make for such an important and controversial topic. . .

    Let's start off by correcting your terminology. It is not a baby.

    noun (plural babies)

    1. A very young child, especially one newly or recently born.

    It is a fetus.

    noun (plural fetuses)

    An unborn offspring of a mammal, in particular an unborn human baby more than eight weeks after conception.

    By calling it a baby your are dishonestly trying to appeal to one's emotions.

    Given that the attribute of "isn't very nice :(" does nothing to explain the rightness or wrongness of something--taxes aren't very nice, working in retail isn't very nice, having to excrete food waste product isn't very nice-- one cannot use it to make an argument for why something should not be done.

    Your argument is essentially, "it is bad because it is bad." That explains nothing.
