Sometimes they're just stuck in a chair or in pain and don't really have much of a life... Also if their parent or child is constantly caring for them then it holds them back too.
Surely they'd be better off dead. I don't mean this to be mean but it's like setting them free from a life of nothing.
How dare you. My brother had a motor bike accident and became a paraplegic. He lives the same full life he used to, even though he is inconvenienced by his chair. He is a human being making a contribution to society, his chair has nothing to do with anything. Would you think he would be better off dead? It's people like you with your small, small, stupid narrow minds that should be dead, it would make the worlds average IQ rise significantly without people like you adding to the gene pool.
Don't you think it's their decision? How would you feel if they thought the ignorant were better off dead, and then put you up for execution?
Life of nothing? Their life is something! Unless they opt for euthanasia every second then yeah, why the fuck not? If not, then let them live in this divine comedy we all share unwillingly called life.
well unless you are close to someone who suffers with a disability you shouldn't even have an opinion on this. infact, i think it's totally sick & perhaps you should go get your head checked. my sibling is severely disabled and seeing your question made me feel total rage inside. so if you have any sick/stupid/inconsiderate thoughts like these i suggest you keep them to yourself because you don't know who you're offending. SICK.
Actually my brother was disabled and he died at 10 months old and even though it's bad to say it he's free now.

I definitely agree. Not only would you be putting them out of their own suffering, but you'd also be liberating those who are affected by their condition, as well. After all, the cliche "a mind is a terrible thing to waste" exists for a reason.
If you're a snot-nosed kid with the maturity level of a puppy, have whatever opinion you want. However, if you're an adult (or even a teen) and still think that disabled people are worthless human beings that have no purpose in life, kindly remove yourself from the gene pool.
Doctors are working nonstop for cures for these "incurable diseases" and all you can say is that "they'd be better off dead"? There are more chances of actually finding out what's wrong with people if they're alive than if they're dead.
well i'm sorry i said what i said without knowing, it just really upset me when i seen this post because my younger sister is severely disabled & i would never ever think she would be better off dead, though she can't walk or talk she's given the best quality of life we can give her because she's a living person like anyone who does not have a disability.

there was a boy in my 7th grade year that was disabled, and i hated him to my very core. i constantly had to remind myself that everyone has a purpose in being on the earth. in that same year i also saw kids who had some type of severe disability, so much so that they had to use this tricycle type thing to move around and a person to accompany them at all times. i just think, "i wonder how that kid will earn a living in the future..." i feel bad for them, though.
