Not normal to be OK with a policy which requires the government to kill an infant or cut the spinal cord of an unanesthetized 9 month old fetus then chisel out its brain bit by bit starting with the hypothallamus (the pain and vomiting center of the brain.)
Is it normal to think that Chinese should keep "One- Child Policy"?
