Chinese development in lamp in the last 2 years is unbelievable. They've just started a $7B railway all the way from Quming to Vientiane and have exclusive rights to 5km corridor either side of the railway line in return for loan. I see no problem with this however Laos will lose identity and become a Chinese state within 20 years. Goodbye forests, hello rubber.
Is it normal to think that Chinese should keep "One- Child Policy"?
