Is there an explanation for waking up like a minute before an alarm goes off?
I'm fairly certain that has something to do with your body's natural clock knowing that it is the correct time to wake in order to avoid the horrificness that is the alarm blaring in your ears.

Yeah but if I dont know when I fell asleep my body shouldn't be able to tell what time it is.
Not true. The subconscious is always awake. In fact, some neuroscientists think we remember everything that happens to us, somewhere.
Oddly enough that is unnerving.
is it normal to think that a min passes after 60 secs?
