The OP never stated that this person had stopped breathing or was unconscious - they just assumed (it appears) that we would take this as a given - despite it being far more likely that they weren't.
They HAVE said that they thought it was a faked situation.
Also didn't state gender, though you've assumed the gender of both.
Is it normal to think somebody faked panic attack to get cpr from me?
