i have that too. I'm told that i'm to obsessive about everything and that letting go and just living in the moment is best for people who think as we do. Don't be reckless but have fun and enjoy every moment you can. Thinking about what if i never can only lead to depression and fulfillment of that fear because it takes up so much time and thought in your head that you subconscious will only believe that it has no other option other than accept that failure is inevitable. Be who are and who you want to be by telling your self "you will" and "I can" Instead of "maybe" and "if". Think, all you really need to live is food, water, and love (even in yourself), so if anything happens, just ask your self what are you really risking?
Is it normal to think so much about life?
