I am glad i am a man. I have been married twice (still married to my second wife) and i must say that the amount of problems you girls go through with your "plumbing" is frightening!
I have yet to meet the man that thinks it is beautiful to see a vagina pop open to press out a baby.
Vaginal infections are not only a bitch to get but in most cases quite embarrassing for the recipient, not only do some of them itch and smell disgusting, the poor woman then also has to either face seeing her GP or going to the pharmacy to get some anti-fungal cream to get it cleared up.
Menstruation obviously has its own little fun things for a woman to yet again bear, buying tampons, inserting tampons, removing tampons, disposing of tampons, blah blah blah...
then of course there is STD`s another lot of fun things for a woman to achieve!
Getting pregnant is probably one of the biggest concerns when having a little bit of fun.
