Despite their health benefits, human fluids aren't fit for mass consumption.
For example- Breast milk has benefits too, but it's too risky to consume from an unreliable source. Human to human transmission of infection, bacteria, viruses, etc is much, much, much more likely than animal to human transmission transmission. (Animal v. Human immune systems are different, susceptibility to certain viruses or strains of viruses are different, blabla).
Not to mention the whole taboo.

Perhaps semen from other animals has the same benefits (more research may need to be done). If so, this could be very handy since some animals like pigs produce it in large quantities.
